- A massive 930mm (36 inch) wide by 490mm (19 inch) deep by 1200mm (48 inch) tall smoking chamber this smoker has enough space to comfortably cook for large events.
- The smoker is made from 3mm (1/8) sheet material with the charcoal chute being 200mm (8 inch) in diameter and 12mm (1/2 inch) thick. The firebox is 10mm (3/8 inch) thick with a double layer at the base of the chute where the most heat is concentrated. The duct from charcoal chute to smoking chamber is also 10mm (3/8 inch) thick.
- The charcoals gravity feed combined with the massive charcoal chute provide hours of hands-free cooking allowing the chef to do other tasks rather than be constantly checking the pit.
- The pit also comes with stainless steel adjusters to control smoke and heat flow within the pit to eliminate hot spots.
